SFP-Managed Portfolio Achieves 2'172 MWh Energy Savings and Cuts 410 Tons of CO₂
ECCO2 is pleased to report on the timely completion, and results of the first full year, of the deployment of ECCO2 Building Intelligence technology on an SFP-managed real estate portfolio which started in July 2023.

ECCO2 technology was deployed across 102 buildings with a total floor area of approximately 200,000 m². 2,200 sensors installed.
NARA AI reports average savings of 20.3% across the entire portfolio. Energy savings of 2,172 MWh. CO₂ reduction of 410 tonnes.
