Building Intelligence from Givisiez (FR), since 2019 with a clear focus on heating operation in the Swiss building stock.

Technology leadership in practice

• Introduction of NARA AI as a self-learning predictive optimization engine: combination of building physics, building’s energetic behavior, weather and system characteristics in a continuously learning system.
• Expansion of Cumulus Cloud into the Swiss data platform for heating and building data: central data basis for energy, temperatures, operating times and comfort indicators, with FOEN-audited methodology in the background.
